1. Terms and Conditions of Purchase:
By purchasing a template from The MedSpa Society Template Shop, the purchaser agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment Terms:
At the time of checkout, buyers have the option to choose a payment plan for their purchase, either by paying in full or by installments. Given the digital nature of the products, the purchaser is obligated to complete the full payment, regardless of their level of satisfaction, usage, or any other reason that may arise to halt or discontinue the payment. Under no circumstances should buyers dispute the owed payments, cancel the credit card linked to the purchase, or stop the installment payments in accordance with the chosen payment plan.
If a buyer chooses an installment payment plan and fails to remit payment on time, a ten percent (10%) late fee will accrue for every seven (7) days of unpaid dues. Any credit card chargebacks initiated will incur an additional twenty percent (20%) fee on top of the outstanding balance. If the payment remains unresolved for a period exceeding ten (10) days, the buyer will be held accountable for all costs associated with collecting the outstanding amount, including but not limited to attorney fees, litigation expenses, and other legal costs.
The MedSpa Society reserves the right to engage collections agencies for any unresolved payments as per the terms of this Agreement. Should there be any outstanding balances or disputed charges, not only will buyers face accruing costs and fees, but they will also be prohibited from making any future purchases from The MedSpa Society and its affiliates. Moreover, the license granted to use the purchased product will be immediately revoked. Upon receiving notification of the license's revocation, buyers have a fourteen (14) day window to delete or remove all intellectual properties and works owned by The MedSpa Society. Continued usage of the purchased product(s) beyond this window, without express authorization from The MedSpa Society, will be deemed as copyright infringement, and buyers will be liable for associated penalties and fees determined by the Company.

3. Product License:
Upon purchase, the buyer is granted a single-use, non-transferable license for the template. This means the template can be used for one website only. Reselling, redistributing, or using the template for multiple websites is strictly prohibited.

4. No Refund Policy:
All sales of templates are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property Rights:
All designs, content, and images within the templates remain the property of The MedSpa Society. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

6. License to Use The MedSpa Society Branded Products:
The use of our branded products is for your personal or business website only. Any attempt to resell or reproduce our branded products is a violation of these terms.

7. Licensed Images and Fonts:
Templates may include licensed images and fonts. These assets can be used within the template but cannot be extracted, reused, or redistributed in any other form.

8. The MedSpa Society Site Credit in Footer:
All websites using our templates must retain the footer credit linking back to The MedSpa Society. Removal or modification of this link is not permitted.

9. Editing and Updating The MedSpa Society Templates:
While purchasers can customize the templates, certain elements (e.g., proprietary fonts, branded elements, etc.) must remain intact unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. Modifications or Interruptions:
The MedSpa Society is not responsible for any interruptions or issues arising from the use of its templates, nor is it liable for any damage or loss resulting from such disruptions.

11. Governing Law of the State of Florida:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or any transaction with The MedSpa Society shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.

13. Corrections:
The MedSpa Society reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

14. User Data:
By purchasing from The MedSpa Society, users grant permission for their data (e.g., email address, purchase history) to be stored. This data will be treated with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
