The Opportunity: Developing A Cutting Edge Wellness Center Brand

That was the opportunity presented by the founders of The Wellness Spot: to transform a former 2,500 sq ft physical therapy space into a modern MedSpa and wellness destination designed to serve not just gym members, but the broader Vero Beach community.

Located inside the well-established Vero Fitness facility, The Wellness Spot was envisioned as a seamless extension of an already thriving hub of health. With high daily foot traffic, a trusted reputation, and a wellness-conscious audience, the foundation was already in place.

The challenge: build a brand and strategy that felt fresh, approachable, and aligned with the fitness-forward lifestyle of its future clientele.

What We Created: A Fully Integrated Wellness Center Brand

The MedSpa Society began by consulting with the owners on the best use of the available footprint. Together, we reimagined the layout of the former PT clinic into a welcoming, multi-modality space that would house an IV lounge, facial suites, and wellness technology like infrared sauna and intermittent hypoxia therapy.

Naming was an early priority. After extensive exploration, we landed on The Wellness Spot—a name that is approachable, location-driven, and intuitive. It naturally aligned with the way people talk about the gym: “I’m heading to the wellness spot after my workout.” We positioned the name to stand alone, while also frequently referencing it as The Wellness Spot at Vero Fitness to leverage the gym’s built-in brand equity.

For the visual identity, we crafted a modern yet welcoming aesthetic with calming tones, clean typography, and a logo system that translated seamlessly across signage, print, and digital platforms. The brand was designed to appeal to both men and women, while aligning visually with the gym’s existing look and feel.

We also led all messaging development—from taglines like “Transform from the Inside Out” to full service category naming and descriptions. Every word was crafted to be results-focused, but still friendly and easy to understand, even for clients new to wellness.

The service menu was built to clearly organize IV drips, IM injections, facials, and wellness services, with thoughtfully written descriptions for every treatment. We worked closely with the client to develop and design both print and digital menus—including a laminated IV reference guide for in-clinic use and two tri-fold brochures for client education.

Our creative team also led the development of The Wellness Spot’s social media aesthetic and content strategy—ensuring the look and feel aligned with the brand, while positioning the client to create high-value content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

To support early bookings and foot traffic, we introduced unique lead generation ideas that leveraged their built-in gym audience. From teaser campaigns and QR-driven special offers to signage near high-traffic areas within Vero Fitness, we helped The Wellness Spot connect with members in an authentic, high-converting way.

We then brought the brand to life online with a custom Showit website built on one of our proprietary templates. Every page was written with both conversion and SEO in mind, targeting high-intent keywords like “IV Therapy Vero Beach” and “Facials in Vero Beach.”
